At Scrubini, we value your satisfaction and want to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. Please review the following guidelines to facilitate a smooth return process:

1. Eligibility Criteria:

  • Exchanges/store credit are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original packaging.
  • Refunds are only for defective/faulty items

2. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:

  • Log in to your customer account to request a return or click here, or
  • Contact our Customer Service team at returns@scrubini.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number, the reason for the return/exchange, and any relevant details.

3. Domestic Return Shipping:

  • Scrubini will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return/exchange for change of mind, wrong size, or refund of defective items.
  • This applied to orders placed within Australia. 

4. Exchanges/Store Credit:

  • We offer FREE direct exchanges/store credit for change of mind, including wrong size selection (AUS + USA Customers Only).
  • Contact our Customer Service team at returns@scrubini.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order to facilitate an exchange, or a voucher for store credit.

5. Refund Process (defective products only):

  • Refunds are only available for faulty or defective products.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • We also offer refunds for 2XS purchases (too big) or 4XL purchases (too small)

    6. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Final sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. This does NOT apply to items discounted at the checkout. Psst.. If you have used 'TIRED' at the checkout, you are still entitled to a return/exchange.

    7. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance.

    8. Restocking Fee:

    • Scrubini reserves the right to charge a restocking fee for items returned in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy.

    9. International Returns:

    • International customers (except USA customers) are responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as any applicable customs fees.
    • USA customers can process FREE exchanges through their customer profile.
